Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here!

Like many of you, I’m a busy mom and wife juggling real life, real schedules, and real meals. My journey took an exciting turn when I was selected to appear on the ABC weight-loss reality show “My Diet Is Better Than Yours”. I had the incredible opportunity to work with Dawn Jackson Blatner, a registered dietitian and former nutrition expert for the World Series–winning Chicago Cubs.

Through her guidance, I learned that healthy eating doesn’t mean giving up the foods you love, it means making smarter, better-for-you swaps that actually fit into real life. That experience changed the way I eat, cook, and think about food, and it inspired me to help others do the same. I later earned my Nutrition Coach certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine so I could confidently share that knowledge with you.

Today, I focus on creating recipes that are affordable, quick, and family-friendly, because healthy food should be realistic and enjoyable. I’m proud to share my recipes on the Ingles Markets website and beyond.
